The information is intended for guidance, the steps you choose to take and goals you choose are up to you.
It's important to know who will be involved in the transition process and what each person's role will be for each service connection. The Seamless Collaboration With and For Students with Disabilities Transitioning To Employment and Adult Life will provide guidance as to how students, parents and transition service providers collaborate to support you through your transition to adulthood.
