Thank you for coming to the event and supporting our charities on October 11, 2023. A wonderful time was had by all. Golden Mast served a delicious luncheon while guests enjoyed beautiful fashion from local boutiques and businesses. Be sure to watch for the 2024 Style Show date.

August's Beautiful Yard of the Month
This is the August, Beautiful Yard of the Month. It is at Michelle and Kevin Laabs home, 1470 Rivers Edge Parkway, Oconomowoc.
July's Beautiful Yard of the Month
This month's Beautiful Yard of the Month belongs to Michelle and Stephen Goodnetter, at N53W37141 Wilson Street, Oconomowoc.
June's Beautiful Yard of the Month
The first beautiful yard of the month of the Oconomowoc Woman's Club's annual showcase has been chosen as Jim and Beth of Oconomowoc. Large locust trees provide an abundance of shade in the front yard, so the gardens are filled with a variety of shade loving plants, like hostas, astilbes, and coral bells.
General Federation of Women's Clubs
"The GFWC-WI held a workshop in Green Bay February 10th and 11th. The Executive Committee went through a lot of business items. We found the women to be very passionate on what is being done for all the clubs in our state. We also worked on a craft project for women in poor areas around the world to help them during their monthly cycle. Three people from OWC attended this workshop - Maria Vincent, Sharon Phelps and Carol Anderson."
2022 Style Show
Thank you for coming to our event and supporting our charities on October 12. We had 388 ladies socializing with their friends and family. The food was ready, and the five boutiques with their models were set to dazzle us with the newest fashions.
Unfortunately, the Golden Mast lost power during the event and we were forced to cancel. Our raffle and bake sale were able to be completed. Sadly, the style event will not be rescheduled for this year. We look forward to seeing you in 2023.
2022 Garden Tour

Last report received: 189 tickets sold and made $2,464 so far. Those numbers may go up a little yet. It was a perfect day to have a garden tour and it was awesome!

Congratulations Missi Anderson and Carol Anderson!
Missi and Carol both entered in the Art Competition at the GFWC-State Conference in Sheboygan. Both took first place, Missi for sewing, Carol for crocheting.

"On May 4, 2022 the Oconomowoc Woman’s Club was entertained by The Sutter Brothers. We enjoyed their performance and sang along with a range of songs from Frank Sinatra to the Everly Brothers."
Come Together
“There was a group of ladies from OWC that attended the “Come Together” luncheon that was held at the Pewaukee Yacht Club on April 22, 2022. The event was sponsored by the Woman’s Club of Pewaukee and featured songs by The Beatles."
TRIVIA NIGHT
Trivia Night was held on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 7 pm at the American Legion, N50 W34760 Wisconsin Avenue in Okauchee. Ralph Garcia was our Master of Ceremonies. We had a capacity crowd. Carol Schuett, Mary Koepke, and Judi Lapointe were the committee chairs and had help from other members for set up, work at the event and clean-up afterwards. Donations were received from: Debra Muenier Agency and Ashippun Lion’s Club each donated $100; Nancy Lewis’s company—Living Like a Leader and Hamer Investments each donated $250.
Judi Lapointe was in charge of getting together theme baskets for the raffle. There were 17 baskets in all. An autographed football which included Davante Adam’s signature was a separate raffle item. Bidding for the football started at $100 and went up in increments of $5.00 to a total of $115. This will be the last year Davante Adams plays for the Packers. Cousin’s Subs provided the boxes of subs, potato chips and cookies which were purchased at $10 per box.
Thank you OWC members for your outpouring generous spirit and for all the help you provided! Everyone present seemed to be having a great time.
