The O'Connor Group is looking for a computational lab manager. No wet lab. This position will be responsible for overseeing and providing technical and administrative expertise to research project(s) in the study of Human Genomics and Malaria Genomics. This position is responsible for ensuring design, development, documentation, and execution of research procedures and protocols using a variety of complex activities.

The ideal candidate will have BS or MS in computer science or bioinformatics with experience in machine learning, database design, and/or web development or be willing to learn the same. This person will help manage our groups large-scale computational resources, as well as collect and manage publicly available data. Independent research projects are also encouraged.
