(1) This initiative is personal, not-for-profit and purely voluntary in nature and our parent organisations or any organisations are not involved in it.

(2) This initiative is taken on a personal capacity and none of the volunteers either hold any consultancy company or any profit making unit.

(3) The answers/assistance provided by the volunteers may not be considered as fully accurate/ correct so the researchers need to cross-verify/consult their research supervisor/ teacher for better understanding.

(4) It is not assured that all the queries are resolved 100% although the volunteers are committed to assist 100%;

(5) The list of volunteers is dynamic and the list is updated on regular basis or the names are rearranged on regular basis so as to avoid the first one or two volunteers getting more queries and thus avoid delay in responding to queries;

(6) The list of themes/areas of assistance is dynamic;

(7) Volunteers, while assisting, do not demean the value/image of research supervisors/mentors/ library staff of your universities/colleges by assisting researchers;

(8) Volunteers do not disregard/disrespect the copyright rules and also rules/ regulations of their parent organisations. They assist/ provide only those resources that are available in public domain/ open access domain;

(9) It is to be noted that some of the professionals/volunteers may be working/operating from their home, working in office, in home quarantine or some are taking care of themselves, their family members/relatives/friends.
