What is ORCA?

OCEANS Resource & Community Alliance (ORCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting OCEANS Academy Charter School. Guided by parents, families, and community members, ORCA works to ensure the school’s success by building strong partnerships, raising vital resources, and expanding opportunities for students.

Through its efforts, ORCA helps OCEANS Academy provide a rich educational experience that fosters resilience, confidence, and leadership through hands-on, outdoor, and project-based learning. Together, we are creating a community that empowers every student to thrive.
