Ham Ninh Crab
Ham Ninh fishing village along the coast of Phu Quoc is a "good land" of fresh and cheap seafood dishes, especially famous for the famous Ham Ninh crab dish. Thick, sweet, and firm, Ham Ninh crabs don't need to be too big but are always fresh because they are caught the same day. This dish only needs to be processed as simple as steaming, boiling with salt, pepper, and lemon, or dropping it with a hot and sour hot pot served with green vegetables to make diners "fall in love".
Bun quay
Vermicelli is also known by another name, fresh seafood vermicelli. This dish was originally from the central region's shrimp vermicelli, after being imported to Phu Quoc, it was modified to be more suitable for the local people. Since then, Phu Quoc vermicelli has officially been born and has become a specialty of this land.
About the name "vermicelli", the reason is not called seafood vermicelli because when enjoying this dish, diners will have to eat it with homemade dipping sauce, including soup powder, sugar, monosodium glutamate, kumquat, and ground chili. After stirring until these spices are mixed together, creating a thicker sauce, diners will pour over the vermicelli bowl to use, and depending on the taste, you can increase or decrease as you like. However, if you want the best sauce, you must add it quickly and stir it by hand for at least 5 minutes. That is why the name of this dish is so unique.
Herring salad

Sea urchin is likened to the ginseng of the sea because of their nutritious effects on health. Sea urchins can be halved to bake fragrant onions, re-lemon with a sweet and fatty taste, or cook porridge.
