REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Sign up form opens on April 13th

• Limited to the first 48 teams that sign up

• The team must be complete to register. Registrations that list TBD or the like will be removed without notice. 

• You must complete online payment within 3 days of registration to keep your spot. 

EVENT NOTES

• Lunch for all players: Hot dogs on the grill, chips, drink cooler

• Event Tee for all players

FORMAT (TBD)

• Pool play starts at 9:15 a.m. and ends by 3:45 p.m. You can expect to play 8 Reverse Coed games. 

• Playoffs start by 4:15 and Finals are expected to start by 6:00 p.m.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Sign up form opens first to 2025 participants in good standing on May 11th  from 9:00 a.m.  - 5:00 p.m. (See Early Registration Info below)

• Sign up form opens for all on May 12th at 9:00 a.m.

• Limited to 32 men's and 24 women's teams. Must be 21 to play.

• The team must be complete to register. Registrations that list TBD or the like will be removed without notice. 

• You must complete online payment within 1 day of registration to keep your spot. 

EARLY REGISTRATION INFO

Those in good standing who played in the previous year's Players Ball event will be given the first chance to register for Players Ball.  

• Early registration will open on 5/11 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

• Eligible players will receive an email on 5/11 at 9:00 a.m. with a password to fill out the form. We will use the email address you were registered with the previous Players Ball. If your email has changed since then, please update us ASAP, but by no later than May 10th. Teams/players that played in the past and refused to play their scheduled games or demonstrated unsportsmanlike conduct will not be included in this email as they will not be allowed to play in this year's event. 

• If you do not get the Early Registration email on 5/11, check your SPAM folder. We may not be able to immediately respond to access requests on 5/11 and are not responsible for outdated email addresses or your email's SPAM filtering settings. 

• Any registration made on May 11th by a player not included in this email will be removed without notice. 

• Access to Early Registration is not a guarantee of a spot as the tournament is limited to the first 32 men's teams and 24 women's teams that register. 

• Eligible players who miss the early registration window will be able to register when the form reopens on May 12th at 9:00 a.m. (No exceptions will be made)
