1.    Paclarify kung ilan po dapat ang organized ERT in a locality? P/C/M? Parang s gems dn po ba na may ERT to population ratio? 

ANSWER:

The number of organized ERT depends on the need of the LGU. The NGKC intended not to indicate any number of organized ERT. Responder to population ratio is also not part of the rating for the LDRRMCO Category.

2.   Paano po ang attachment ng PSCP na MOV to the GEMS bidbook? Eh makapal po kasi ang aming PSCP?

ANSWER:

There is no need to attach the whole PSCP as MOV. It will suffice to attach parts of the plan that will verify that a plan has been developed, approved and adopted, i.e. cover page (clearly showing the year approved and adopted), LDRRMC Resolution, Sangunian Resolution, complete table of contents, PSCP TWG, and other relevant documents.

3.    Regarding po sa pag-raise ng alert status, would it be enough yung from the OCD na memorandum or kailangan bang magrelease din ang LGU?

ANSWER:

LGUs must issue their own alert status based on their local risk assessment, as OCD’s alert is region-wide and not automatically applicable to local situations.

4.    Clarification on Temporary Learning Spaces

ANSWER:

Schools must have a pre-identified area for building such spaces after a disaster. If a school has an existing temporary learning space, it serves as evidence of capacity. These structures are not meant for long-term use and should be dismantled once no longer needed, but their prior existence confirms the school’s preparedness.

5.    Yung Risk Assessment po ba for the last three years?

ANSWER:

For a rating of three (3), the risk assessment should be within three (3) years, for rating of two (2), the risk assessment is beyond the last three (3) years.

 6.    Availability to respond within AOR for the last three years din po ba?

ANSWER:

No period indicated for ERTs to respond to emergencies or incidents within AOR.

8.    Puwede po bang wag po isabay yung submission ng GK at GK Special Awards para po matulungan po namin yung ibang LDRRMOs, Hospitals at CSOs?

ANSWER:

The GK Guidelines approved by the Chairperson, NDRRMC provides for the implementation including the timelines for both GK Category. Nevertheless, the manifestation will form part of the recommendation of the Regional GK team for the succeeding review and revision of GK.  

9.   What will be the classification to be used by LGUs that reclassified last year?

ANSWER:

The GK Guidelines approved by the Chairperson, NDRRMC provides for the implementation including the timelines for both GK Category. Nevertheless, the manifestation will form part of the recommendation of the Regional GK team for the succeeding review and revision of GK. 

10.   What will be the classification to be used by LGUs that reclassified last year?

ANSWER:
