The OC-DDC 2023 takes place at the University of Hannover, Appelstraße 4, Building 3703, Room 27.

The Leibniz University Hannover was founded in 1831 as Higher Trade School of Hannover. Nowadays, the center of the University is the Welfenschloss in the North of Lower Saxony's capital. The University is named after Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz. The polymath first sketched the binary number system which is also shown in the University's logo. 

The Leibniz University is one of the nine leading Institutes of Technology in Germany.
