Do you travel?
Yes, travel within Northern Virginia and surrounding areas is available. Travel fees may apply.

Do you offer full event planning?
Occasions by Design provides event coordination focused on design, setup, and event-day flow. Full planning services are not currently offered.

Can you work within my budget?
I’m happy to design options that align with your budget and priorities whenever possible.

What services do you offer?
Occasions by Design offers event coordination, balloon designs, table setups, backdrop styling, and full event styling experiences. All services are customized to match your event vision, style, and needs.

What types of events do you work on?
I work on a variety of events including birthdays, baby and bridal showers, graduations, private celebrations, small gatherings, and select corporate events.

How far in advance should I book?
I recommend submitting an inquiry 3–6 weeks before your event for best availability. Last-minute requests may be accepted depending on availability and event scope.

What is your pricing?
It varies. Singular services such as balloon columns are priced as low at $75. Packages begin at $350, with pricing customized based on event size, design complexity, and coordination needs. A detailed quote is provided after the consultation.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin design planning. Dates are not held without a paid deposit.

When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Events booked within 7 days require full payment at booking.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of event design and preparation. In some cases, payments may be applied toward a future event at the discretion of Occasions by Design.

Do you offer rescheduling?
Rescheduling may be available with adequate notice and is subject to availability. Please contact as soon as possible if your plans change.
