Booking with Occasions by Design is simple and intentional.

Each event is thoughtfully designed to reflect your vision, style, and occasion. To ensure I can best support you, all bookings begin with the inquiry form and a consultation. 

How It Works:

1. Submit an inquiry form

2. Schedule a consultation

3. Receive a customized proposal & invoice

4. Pay a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date

5. Final balance due 7 days before your event

Events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are not held without a paid deposit.

We recommend inquiring 3–6 weeks in advance for best availability.

Important Notes:

1. Deposits are non-refundable

2. Rescheduling may be available depending on notice and availability

3. All designs are custom and tailored to each event
