For Sharing the Gospel and Strengthening New and Returning Members
The ward mission plan is a simple document that outlines goals to help ward and auxiliary leaders participate in missionary work, retention, and activation.
Ward Goals
We will strengthen our ward by:
Strengthen Ministering Efforts with consistency.
Bringing 5 people into baptism and having them focused on the Temple.
Strive to have consistent 100 Attendance every week.
Activate at least 2 families and have them focused on the Temple.
Activate at least 3 members and have them focused on the Temple.
Implementing the principles of Love, Share, and Invite.
Encouraging the entire ward family to participate in Monthly Activities.
Auxiliary/Quorum Goals

Elders Quorum
Monitor the new convert list and help them in their progress wherever possible.
Help New Converts to visit the Temple within 4 months of their baptism.
Conduct an activity each quarter in which non-members and less-active members can attend.
Will coordinate and work with the Full-time Missionaries at least once a month.
Participate in Ministering in all forms.
Invite all to take Monthly Challenges.
Relief Society
Invite non-members and less-active members to attend activities.
Plan an activity each quarter in which non-members and less-active members can attend.
Will coordinate and work with the Full-time Missionaries at least once a month.
Participate in Ministering in all forms.
Invite all to take Monthly Challenges.
Aaronic Priesthood
Invite at least 1 non-member or less-active members attend activities.
Accompany and fellowship a less-active member, non-member, or people being taught in age 11-17.
Participate in Ministering in all forms.
Participate in Indexing.
Submit at least 2 names to the Temple.
Combine forces with another Youth Group in the Community to conduct a Service Project at least once a year.
Exercise and perform Aaronic Priesthood Ordinances.
Young Women
Invite at least one non-member of less-active members to attend activities.
Participate in Ministering in all forms.
Accompany and fellowship a less-active member, non-member, or people being taught by the missionaries in their age.
Participate in Indexing.
Submit at least 2 names to the Temple.
Combine forces with another Youth Group in the Community to conduct a Service Project at least once a year.
Primary
Motivate Adult members or Adult People Being Taught by the missionaries to have their children attend Primary classes and activities.
Invite all to take Monthly Challenges.
Sunday School
Introduce and welcome returning members and non-members at the beginning of each class.
Invite all to participate in Monthly Activities.
Bishopric
Invite all those giving a talk in sacrament to invite non-members to church to hear their talk.
Ensure that Ward Activities are appropriately planned to invite non-member friends.
Encourage all families to join in with the Love, Share, Invite mission focus.
Encourage all families to participate in the Ward's Monthly Challenge.
Ward Mission
Conduct consistent Weekly Coordination Meetings.
Conduct consistent Ward Council Meeting to discuss our progress and the Covenant Path progress of recent converts.
Work on the prospective elders list, as assigned by the bishop.
Visit all families that are new and recently moved into our ward boundaries.
Help members learn and execute: Love, Share, Invite.
Invite all to take Monthly Challenges.
Ward Council
The Ward Council will lead by example – taking on and completing the Monthly Challenge for the Ward.
Invite and encourage members of their respective quorums / groups to participate in our Ward Monthly Challenge.
Will make sure that all of the Ward activities are focused on inviting our non-member and less active friends.
Invite all to participate in Monthly Activities.
