OCAAGA Handicapping Rules

1. Utilize SCGA handicaps for our tournaments

2. Member must have SCGA handicap to play in low net options

3. New member not eligible for low net options on first tournament played with OCAAGA

4. New member without SCGA index, not eligible for low net options until establishes SCGA index

5. Guests are not eligible for low net options

6. New member must play first tournament grouped with a board member
