To maintain health , keep your Skin healthy.


Clean it with fresh water  at least 5 times a day;

 excretion points,  hands and fingers , teeth ,gums,    tongue, throat,  nose and nostrils,   eyes,face,  hands with elbows, scalp, hair, ears ,  neck, feet with ankles and toes,   hands-fingers.

Have a bath in the morning and the evening.

SKIN keeps our arteries and veins healthy. Our body warm and cool. All our body function healthy.

Eat: 

Dairy butter.

Almond butter.

Pistachio butter.

Peanut butter.

Drink:

Water

Warm water

Lemon tea.

Fruit juices

Soups with; vegetable, chicken,mutton,fish, lentils with cream. 

Milk shakes,chocolate, nuts,fruits.

EXERCISES

Standing jump straight on toes;

 do 5 sets of 20 each.

Sit-ups 5 sets of 20 each.

Push-ups 5 sets of 20 each.

Pull-ups 5 sets of 20 each.

Rope skipping 15 minutes.

Play SPORTS:


Badminton one hour daily or twice a week.

Table tennis one hour daily or twice a week. 

Tennis one hour daily or twice a week.

Football at least once a week.

Horse riding at least once a month.

Swimming with life jacket at least once a month.

Walk  daily after dinner.
