Innovative Deliveries home to over 150 employees is Amazons largest DSP (Delivery Service Partner) in the state of Utah. Innovative Deliveries has three locations in American Fork, Salt Lake City, and West Valley. Innovative Deliveries focuses on improving delivery processes through the use of technology and data. The company uses tools like real-time tracking, route optimization, and automation to make deliveries more efficient. These methods help reduce costs and improve delivery times. The goal is to provide a more streamlined and sustainable approach to shipping, with a focus on meeting the needs of businesses of all sizes.

One of the people problems that Innovative deliveries is facing right now is employees missing important team meetings before they go on their routes. Almost half of the employees working that day are normally late to the meeting and miss important information. Some things are repeated at these meeting each time, so a lot of the workers that have been there for a while feel like they have heard everything and don't see the meeting as very important. Stephanie the manager expressed that this is a problem because often there are new policies set in place that affect the safety of the drivers and those in the areas that they deliver to.

We plan to collect data through a survey, interview and observations. Through an anonymous survey we plan to collect data on how important employees feel these meetings are and what would increase their motivation to be there on time. Through individual interviews we hope to provide a safe space for the employee to express their point of view on the perceived problem.
The team will attend the companies stand up meetings to observe employees moral and how many of them show up late or if they show up at all. We plan to attend a few of these to make sure this data is consistent and accurate.
