Rules & Regulations:

• Students should be regular and punctual in classes

• Every students is expected to maintain discipline in and outside the class-room.

• All students who are admitted to any course in the institute are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of our institute. Any violation of the rules or an act of indiscipline on the part of the student shall result in disciplinary action leading to dismissal from the Institute.

• Students should reach the center at least 5 minutes before the class starts

• Mobile phones should kept on silent mode” during class.

• Students should carry the identity card with them and shall produce it on demand by the authorities.

• Damage to the property of the Institute like tampering with fixtures, will be viewed seriously and cost of damage will be recovered from the concerned students

• The vehicles should be parked in the specified ‘Parking Area’ .

• Fee must be paid as per the fee payment schedule of the institute. Defaulters will not be allowed to attend classes until the clearance of their dues.

• As per the fee policy of the institute, the Fee once paid shall neither be refunded nor adjusted under any circumstances.

• Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, or by direct debit.

• 75% attendance is mandatory for every student to complete final certifications.

• Any student who is absent for 15 consecutive days, without prior written permission will be deemed to be a dropout. The student will then have to pay Re-admission Fees of Rs. 250/-.

• In all matters related to conducting of the courses, the decision of the management shall be final and binding on all students

• Oasis Technologies reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations as and when necessary.
