There are 35 Units with the following square footages (based on architectural drawings):

700 sq ft - 1br, 1ba - 8 units

1100 sq ft - 2br, 2ba - 8 units

1400 sq ft - 2br, 2ba - 14 units

2200 sq ft - 3br, 2ba 5 units

The 1100 and 2200 sq ft units are on the 3rd (top floor) and have open lofts. The others are single story units.

Each unit has one covered parking space at the garage level, and a storage locker also at the garage level.

There is additional resident and guest parking on the East side of the complex.
