Oak & Acre was born from a sense of serendipity and a deep connection to the natural world. Founder and floral designer Lauren Bell has always been drawn to creativity and the quiet pull of nature; its beauty, its stillness, and the way it constantly evolves. The name itself was inspired by her dog, Oakley, who has spent the last four years traveling, exploring, and experiencing nature right alongside her.
Before stepping into floral design professionally, Lauren was already creating arrangements for friends and family, quietly developing her eye and style through meaningful, personal moments. As both a planner and a creative, it became a natural progression—almost a no-brainer—to step further into the world of events, where design, emotion, and experience come together.
What began as an intuitive connection to nature gradually became a focused practice, shaped by observation, care, and curiosity. Oak & Acre reflects that same philosophy: florals rooted in seasonality, intention, and a deep appreciation for the living materials we work with. Our pieces are meant to spark conversation and create meaningful moments, bringing people closer together through thoughtful, intentional design.
