Our bouquet bar is designed to do exactly that. More than just a floral display, it becomes an interactive experience woven into your event. Guests are invited to slow down, explore the blooms, and create their own custom take-home bouquet using thoughtfully curated stems grown and sourced with care.

Whether incorporated into a wedding, shower, dinner party, or celebration, the bloom bar adds a meaningful touch that guests naturally gather around. It creates connection, encourages creativity, and leaves everyone with a one-of-a-kind arrangement to remember the occasion long after the event ends.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Creating an event your guests will never forget is one of our top priorities. We believe in transparency every step of the way, which means no hidden fees, unexpected costs, or surprises — aside from the unforgettable experience your guests will leave with.

Guests are invited to choose a focal bloom, greenery, and filler stems to create a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind bouquet uniquely their own. Our team then thoughtfully arranges and hand-wraps each selection into a beautifully crafted piece of floral art.

All experiences always include:

*Set up & breakdown (approximately 45 minutes before & 30 minutes after)

*Two hours of service

*Premium blooms, greenery, and filler for your guests to each create a 6-8 stem take home bouquet

*Staff member(s)

*All floral supplies including wraps, ribbon, care instructions, and flower food

Make the experience uniquely yours. Upon request, we offer thoughtfully coordinated color palettes to bring your vision to life, custom event stickers, a selection of wrap colors beyond our signature kraft paper, and the option to elevate bouquets into mini arrangements.

PRICING

While we do not require an event minimum, bouquet bar experiences are currently available for celebrations with up to 100 guests.

All reservations can be tailored to fit your event style, with the option for guests to create their own DIY bouquets or enjoy beautifully pre-wrapped “grab & go” bouquets prepared by our team.

$375 base rate + $10 per person

TRAVEL

The first 20 miles from Whitehouse Station, NJ (08889) are included. Additional milage incurred will be at $1.50 per mile. Any travel further than 75 miles will result in an overnight charge (inquire for further details)

ADDITIONAL TIME

Two hours of service, plus set up and breakdown, is included. Should you wish to extend your bouquet bar experience (we don't blame you!) it is at a rate of $125 per hour.

(This extends the time only, not guest count, and is recommended for events larger than 50 people)

Upgrade to mini arrangements starting at $5 per guest.

While we always do our best to accommodate specific bloom requests, we encourage clients to keep seasonality in mind. We source from both our own farm and local growers to ensure the freshest, highest-quality flowers are used in every experience. While exact flower varieties cannot always be guaranteed, we are often able to thoughtfully curate blooms to match your desired color palette and overall vision.
