Fall Meeting Minutes for the OAAS District 11 Fall meeting for October 25th, 2025.

At the Fall Annual General Meeting on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 the following is your 2026 OAAS District Executive:

1) District Committee Member - Krista Trulsen

2) District Committee Member / Judging Contact - Fraser Williamson

3) District Committee Member - Gail Terreberry

4) District Director / Secretary Treasurer - Samantha MacLeod

Terry Whitmell - Provincial Director (Term ends Fall Annual General Meeting 2027)

Spring Meeting is set for

May 2, 2026 at 10:00 am -

Hosted by the Dunchurch Agricultural Society -

The meeting starts at 10:00 am, registration opens at 9:30 am.

Cost of lunch is $20 per person, cash or cheques made out to the Dunchurch Agricultural Society.

Items to bring to the meeting:

1) A silent auction item (to help in the setting up of the silent auction that day, please provide details of items, who donated it, and suggested retail value)

2) To assist in promoting your Agricultural Society's activities, please prepare a hand written or typed report on 6b of the Agenda:

6b. Question: What is the theme at your fair this year?

NOTE: If no one from your Agricultural Society can attend our Spring Meeting, please email oaasdistrict11@gmail.com your report.

RVSP to Samantha MacLeod at OAAS District 11 email: oassdistrict11@gmail.com or phone at 705 571 1122 the following by Saturday, April 18th, 2026:

1) Rather or not your Agricultural Society is attending the Spring meeting

2) If your Agricultural Society is attending the meeting

a) Total number of attendees

b) Each person's full name, position, email addresses and if that person is a voting delegate

c) If that person is requesting a lunch ticket, and any dietary concerns. i.e. food allergies
