The recommended duration for an Accountability Buddy (AB) interaction is a maximum of 15 minutes.
The three main phases of this interaction are:
Opening: Approximately 1-2 minutes.
Review and Feedback: Approximately 8-10 minutes.
Closing: Approximately 1-2 minutes.

This group is for members attending the OA Taking Action meetings. It's a space to support each other with our action plans and to share our progress.
