A few examples of some of the newer skills I've been working on:
A still life made in Unity. (Materials/Textures/Shaders made by me as part of the Unity Artist Pathway.)
This was my first real attempt at sculpting for my 3D modeling class using blender! I have more experience now with 3D modeling and plan to do more in my spare time. I want to get better at adding in detail work, so I'll probably purchase a tablet soon so that I can get finer control over the more granular details of sculpting in 3D software. This practice enabled me to establish a functional workflow so that I can learn more and add on to the skill in the future.
I plan to experiment with Nomad Sculpt more as well. A few of my test sculpts using Nomad Sculpt are viewable on my art Instagram portfolio.
I'll update this periodically with examples of the practice projects I'm working on in Blender, outside of school. I want to learn to enjoy 3D modeling with a certain level of proficiency so I'll keep studying on my own.
Stay tuned!
