NZMS Research Award, for excellence in research carried out by mathematicians in New Zealand.
NZMS Early Career Research Award, for excellence in research carried out by mathematicians in New Zealand who are within 10 years of their Ph.D. confirmation (see regulations for exact eligibility).
Gillian Thornley Award for outstanding contribution to the cause or profession of mathematics.
Kalman prize for best paper, for an outstanding and innovative piece of research in the mathematical sciences published by a member or members of the NZMS
NZMS Aitken prize for the best contributed talk by a student at the annual New Zealand Mathematics Colloquium.
