The 4K scenes stopped after a few minutes: that is the daily free trial, and it resets every day. One purchase removes the limit; there is no subscription.

I bought it on another device, or I reinstalled: open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account.

No sound: the app plays sound even with the ring/silent switch on, so check the volume buttons and any connected headphones or speakers. Movement sounds can be muted in Settings.

My cat ignores the screen: lay the device flat on the floor, start a scene and step back. Try all three scenes; many cats prefer one animal over the others.
