Cat Tap is a game for cats. Put your iPad or iPhone on the floor and let your cat hunt.

ShadowHead (always free): a quick black shadow runs around the screen for your cat to chase and catch. Speed and the number of hits needed to catch it are adjustable in Settings.

Birds & Squirrels (one-time purchase, with 3 free minutes every day): three buttons, blue bird, red bird and squirrel, each opening a full-screen 4K scene. The squirrel and one scrub-jay scene are real footage; the other birds are photoreal 4K. One tap of the paw and they scatter; a moment later they come back.

Landscape only. No account, no ads, no tracking.

Cat Tap (the app) is designed solely for entertainment purposes for your cat. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from users or their devices.

No personal data collected: the app does not require or request names, email addresses, or any other identifying information.

No tracking: the app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

In-app purchase: the optional Birds & Squirrels unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment or purchase details. Restore Purchase works through your Apple Account and Apple's servers only.

Local settings only: your ShadowHead settings (speed, hits to catch, sound) and the daily free-trial timer are stored on your device and never leave it.

Children and pets: the app is safe for all ages and intended only for cats to interact with.
