NYLA/SSL's 2027 conference will take place in Turning Stone’s brand-new conference facilities, part of a major expansion that includes a new hotel and enhanced outdoor event spaces.

Two convenient hotel options are available on the Turning Stone property: The Tower is directly connected to the conference venue, and The Brook is also on the property and just a short walk from the conference space.
Conference Rate: $199 per night, plus applicable taxes.
To Reserve: Call 1-800-771-7711 and mention NYLA/SSL to receive the conference room rate.
If you do not receive an email confirmation of your booking within a week, please call back. They have to manually send ALL booking confirmations, so there may be a short delay. *Please be sure to check your spam.*
Reservation Deadline: The NYLA/SSL room block closes on April 6. Reserve your room before this date to receive the conference rate.
Purchase Orders: Turning Stone accepts purchase orders; however, you must submit them before the conference start date.
Submitting a PO: Email purchase orders to hotel.reservations@turningstone.com.
Important: If you pay by purchase order, please bring a copy of the PO to the conference.

Conference attendees are invited to stay at The Tower at Turning Stone Resort Casino, offering convenient on-site accommodations just steps away from conference sessions, dining, entertainment, and resort amenities.
The Tower features comfortable, modern guest rooms and provides easy access to everything Turning Stone has to offer. Staying on-site makes it easy to enjoy the full conference experience while eliminating the need to travel between your hotel and conference activities.
Conference Room Block: A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special conference rate. Attendees are encouraged to book early, as rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Brook offers a relaxed, affordable lodging option while keeping you close to all the action. It’s a great choice for attendees who want the convenience of staying on-site while enjoying comfortable accommodations throughout the conference.
