The 2026 summer conference is being held in Kennewick, WA. Come and enjoy a wonderful learning experience.

The WCMA Conference is a great opportunity to meet colleagues working in city administration through networking opportunities and interactive conference sessions, gain leadership skills at sessions through dynamic speakers and workshops, and learn about challenges and opportunities working in city administration leadership roles.  The NWWLA’s presence at the conference is strong.  There now are far more women in attendance, the NWWLA and WCMA are growing the number of associate members.  In addition, NWWLA hosts a reception one evening for networking and where we present the Champion award to someone who advocates for women in the state, and a group from the recent NWWLA Cohort presents a conference session they worked on as part of their academy project.
