Cohort 7 - 2025/26

Cohort Seven of the Northwest Women’s Leadership Academy, comprising 36 exceptional members, was selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants. This dynamic group represents a wide range of public sector disciplines, agency types, and geographic regions across Washington State. Their diverse backgrounds and leadership potential reflect the strength and reach of our mission to empower women in local government.
