Cohort One Graduates 2019

The inaugural cohort of the Northwest Women's Leadership Academy graduated in June of 2019.

NWWLA Cohort One (32 members) was selected from over 60 applicants!
The competitive recruitment process resulted in a cohort of thirty-two talented women from a diversity of agencies, geographical locations in Washington, and from various levels and disciplines of the public sector. Many have advanced in their careers since participating in the academy and have stayed connected to the NWWLA network. Some have served as contributing committee members of subsequent cohorts!
