Invincia

Invincia is a melodic heavy metal band formed in 2024 in Vaasa, Finland. The group combines heavy guitar riffs with strong melodies which resonates with fans of melodic power metal and classic heavy metal. Influenced by bands like Helloween, DIO, Savatage and Judas Priest.

The band was founded by lead guitarist Joel Karlsson, who has a carrier as a classical guitarist and was soon joined by vocalist Kenneth Nylund (former singer of heavy metal band Tombstone), bassist Jonas Öman, guitarist Alex Södergård and drummer Mikael Ahlholm, with the ambition to create quality songs and to carry on the strong legacy of melodic metal that has evolved by so many successful Scandinavian bands. 

Invincia soon recorded three tracks which were then sent to Erik Mårtensson (singer of Eclipse) for mixing and mastering. Excited about the result, the band plan to make their first release during spring 2025 in collaboration with PR company Scream For Existence.
