There are three different jobs that need to be done during a home game. These jobs are important because they help us raise money for things that the boys need throughout the year!
Please report to the spirit shed under the stadium clock at 6:00 p.m. to receive materials, cash bags, and instructions to begin sales no later than 6:15 p.m.
50/50 Ticket Sales - This person would be responsible for selling tickets from 6:15 through halftime of the game. This person is asked to sign up with their player, so we are looking for a middle school player/family. This person will sell 50/50 tickets from 6:15 until about 10 minutes into the game at the program table near the entrance to the stadium. Then you will take the bucket into the stadium to continue to sell through halftime. At half-time you would meet Amy Wikert or Jen Whitney at the football shed, pick a ticket, and give the winning number to the announcer. The winner meets you at the announcer booth and you are finished.
Program Sales - This takes two people. These people would be responsible for selling programs from 6:15 until about 10 minutes after the start of the game. At that point all programs and money are returned to the shed.
Spirit Wear Sales - This takes two people. These people would be responsible for selling spirit wear at the football shed from 6:15 until the end of halftime. At that point all remaining unsold items can be placed back in the shed and the shed can be closed up. Megan and Steve Schafer will be there during halftime to help close up and collect the money bags.

Hello Football Families!!!
Football season is almost here and the planning has begun for Pregame Meals. For those of you new to the program, the team receives a meal every game day of the season. A team of awesome moms work very hard to plan, prepare, and serve the boys every week! Amy Bollinger and I have had the pleasure of co-chairing the meals since our boys were in 10th grade, now that they are both seniors Morgan Sterling has joined us!
Every week on game day the wonderful cafeteria staff at the high school welcome us to set up and serve the boys. ANY PARENT, GUARDIAN, GRANDPARENT (ETC) IS WELCOME TO COME HELP US SERVE! We just ask that you please text me (484-225-0331) the night before so we know who to expect to help us out. All volunteers should report to the cafeteria by 2:30pm on game day!
We try our best to make healthy meals each week and put a lot of time, effort, and love into these meals for the entire team and staff. We please ask that if you have any feedback for us regarding the meals you contact one of us directly.
We have planned a menu for the first half of the season and created a sign up genius below for items to help alleviate the cost for the boosters. All donations will be stored at my house 8115 Lark St, Fogelsville, PA 18051 and are asked to be dropped off by August 20th.

For each away game the boys get cookies for the bus ride home! It has been a tradition that the boys really appreciate and look forward to. To make this happen, we need three families to sign up for each game. We are looking for each family to bring two dozen cookies either homemade or store bought. You can give your cookie donation to the managers either before the game or at halftime and they will see that the boys get them.
Please join the NWL High School Football players at our annual car wash fundraiser. All proceeds benefit the players. Be sure to drop off donations between 9:00-9:30am on Saturday, August 9th.
We are looking for various donations and help for that day. Please view the SUG to see our needs:
We are excited to be hosting this years scrimmage on Saturday 8/17 at Tiger Stadium. The snack stand will be open so we will need volunteers to help staff it during the game. We provide breakfast for the players and coaches after the game so we are asking for donations for that as well. Please consider helping our program by making a donation. Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the stadium this season!
2025 Scrimmage Is Away. We will be back In 2026.

We are looking for volunteers to help on June 13 In the morning for the tournament as well as provide donations. Please see the SUG for the various needs.
With the new turf stadium comes a new opportunity for the booster club to make money to give back to the boys. We are looking for people to work in the concession stand during the middle school, junior high, and JV home games. Please sign up for a shift when your player is not on the field. We need ALL families to help out with this because it gives us the opportunity to make a significant amount of money for the boys, which means LESS fundraising. A separate stadium sign up genius is attached to this email for you to pick up a concessions shift.
Concessions responsibilities— We are looking for four (4) volunteers to fill each shift and you will be working with a school district representative in the stand.
Monday afternoon games—There will be two shifts for middle school and JV games. Shift one will cover the middle school game, should be NON-middle school parents, and will run from 3:30-end of the middle school game (5:30/5:45). The second shift will begin at approximately 5:30/5:45 and run through the JV game and cleanup of the stand. This should be filled by NON-JV parents.
Junior High games—These games vary in days and times. The September 25 and October 3 games begin at 6, so we would ask NON-Junior High parents to work from 5:00 through clean up after the game. On October 16 for the 4:30 game, the shift will run from 3:30 through clean up after the game. The October 23 for the 4:00 game, the shift will run from 3:00 through clean up after the game.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions, but these are VERY IMPORTANT positions to fill as we have the opportunity to make money off the profits of the sales for our club to put back into the players.
