Our R&K Sub Sale is now LIVE!!
***The purpose of this OPTIONAL sub sale is to offset the cost of YOUR individual ticket(s) for the football banquet on Sunday, 1/10/27, at Olde Homestead Golf Club.
SENIORS attending the banquet are FREE OF CHARGE. All other attendees pay per person. To give you a reference point, last year, ticket prices were $40 per adult and $25 for children 12 and under. So, the more you sell, the cheaper your ticket(s).
ALL orders must be in by Wednesday, 10/14.
This sale is solely online. Here’s how it works:

After you sign up you will get a personal storefront link. THIS LINK credits YOU, so this is what you push out to your friends & family.
Hoagie pick-up will be Wednesday, 10/21 at the Rec Fields next to the pavilion beginning at 4:45. Individual sellers will distribute to friends/family. Any questions, please reach out to Ashleigh Hulmes 856-381-8791.

Deadline for orders will be Friday, August 21st. Payment by Square. If unable to pay by square, please reach out to Megan Wirth directly to make other arrangements.

This form is to be completed if you would like to order OPTIONAL meals for your MS/JV player’s away games. This year, we will be using Chik-fil-a for the meals. If you choose not to order, it is recommended that you pack your player additional food that day. The planned away games this will cover are 9/28/26 and 11/2/26, as the other away games fall in the morning. The cost is $10/meal, and you can choose to order for one or both.

We would like to get a general idea of how many vehicles will be attending the event in order for the staff at Shankweiler's to prepare for the evening. Please complete this form by May 4 so we can help in the preparations.

Time: Gates will be open 7:00-8:00 pm, Showing begins at 8:15
Cost: $20 per vehicle (NOT per person), each vehicle will receive a $1 voucher to use in the Shankweiler's concession stand.
**This is not a reservation for a spot at the event. It is simply providing us an idea of how many to prepare will be in attendance**
