The University, represented by Dr. Ruth Raña Padilla, in her official capacity as Officer in charge and the Coordinator of the Library Services, Mrs. Emma Ruth Fernandez, signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) on May 30, 2022 held at the Office of the University President.
