The NU Women in Business Mentorship Program offers a supportive environment for female-identifying students to grow both professionally and personally, all while building lasting connections with their community.

The Mentorship Program which connects students across different class years, offering personalized guidance and support. Our mentorship leaders pair upperclassmen with underclassmen to help navigate college life and transition smoothly to Northeastern. Mentees are paired with a Mentor through our matching process and underclassmen are connected to guidance applicable to their major, hobbies, and other factors.
