Here is our the schedule for show week:
Monday, November 22 to Wednesday, November 24 - regularly scheduled dance classes
Wednesday, November 24 - Covid testing available for non-vaccinated performers and audience members at the Hult Center in the Jacobs Gallery.
Thursday, November 25 to Friday, November 26 - Studio closed and no rehearsals
Saturday, November 27 - Dress & Tech rehearsals for dancers during the day, approximately 12:00-5:00 p.m. - but subject to change. Dances will be assigned a short time block, they will not need to be there all day. We will determine which dances need time on stage after our group/costuming rehearsals. Show for Cast A at 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, November 28 - Dress & Tech rehearsals for Cast B as needed - approximately 12:00-2:00 but subject to change. Show for Cast B at 3:30 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale at the Hult Center on Wednesday, November 3rd at 10:00 a.m. Online sales open at 10:00 a.m. and the box office opens at noon.

There is a flat rate of $65 for each dancer to perform in The Nutcracker Remixed. This will be charged to your account and paid through autopay.

First Steps Program classes will be sized for costumes, given show spacing and attend group rehearsals. This is MANDATORY and takes place at our Eugene studio.

We will be calling in our Level IV and V dancers and our leads for an on stage rehearsal. Select other classes may be called in as well. This will take place on the show days. All other dancers will only need to be there for their show time.

Dancers should arrive 1 hour before show time to check in and be assigned to their dressing room.
Our shows will take place on Saturday, November 27th at 6:30 p.m. for our Cast A dancers and Sunday, November 28th at 3:30 p.m. for our Cast B dancers.
