Nurturing Neighborhoods develops community gardens and hosts neighborhood meetings, helping to both grow food and foster community through small, free events like potlucks, music, art, and more!
Our only garden open to the public currently is the Hawley-Green Cultivating Community Garden, we are working with a private land owner as well as the Greater Syracuse Landbank to start an additional garden location!
Currently Nurturing Neighborhoods hosts the Hawley-Green Neighborhood meeting the last Monday of the month at Immanuel Baptists Church on Hawley Ave.
