CAROLINA AGRAVANTE
Known for creating the CASAGRA Transformative Leadership Model, named after her (CArolina S. AGRAvante).
Graduated as Salutatorian from St. Paul University - Manila (formerly St. Paul College - Manila).
Earned BS Nursing degree magna cum laude in 1964 and became a topnotcher in the nurse licensure exams.
Completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education at Catholic University of America (1967-1969) as a full-fledged scholar.
Earned a Doctoral Degree in Philosophy from University of the Philippines Manila in 2002, the same year her theory was published.
Served as President of St. Paul University - Iloilo and taught research to senior students.
Former President of the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing (ADPCN).
Represented the Philippines in the International Nursing Congress in Brunei (1996) and participated in the International Council of Nursing in Vancouver, Canada (1997).
Received a Service Award from the Philippine Accreditation Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) for her work as an accreditor.
A founding member of the Integrated Registered Nurses of the Philippines (IRNP).
President of St. Paul College - Ilocos Sur, also serving as Vice-President for Academics and Program Chair of the Nursing Department.
