A research team from Stanford University School of Medicine & Mount Sinai's Icahn School of Medicine uncovered primary sources of anxiety and proposed actionable steps to address these concerns. Participants expressed a strong need for visibility and engagement, along with five specific requests. Their final, overarching plea “honor me” (Koloroutis & Pole, 2021).
