Sherry Parrish, author of the Math Solutions books, Number Talks: Helping Children Build Mental Math and Computation Strategies (K-5), and co-author of Number Talks: Fractions, Decimals and Percents (upper elementary and middle grades) shares how to strengthen students' accuracy, efficiency and flexibility with mental math and computation strategies through the use of Number Talks.
