Completion of this extended learning opportunity is worth 4 hours of PD credit.
Task: Select one of the four number sense routines included in this module. Plan and implement the routine at the beginning of your math class for 3-5 days during a one week period. Consistency is important in order to develop this routine in your classroom and in your students' minds. At the end of the week, ask students to complete A Wish and A Star reflection (link below) via paper/pencil or using Flipgrid. Summarize and submit student responses (see details in A Wish and A Star link below). Also, complete and submit the teacher reflection form (link above) to either Kim.estes@allen.kyschools.us or jennifer.tatum@allen.kyschools.us
