TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Number Duel game ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Number Duel is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use on your own device. You may not copy, modify, sell, lease, or redistribute the app or any part of it, except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to:

- Interfere with its operation or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract its source code.

- Use the app for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purpose.

- Use automated tools to play the game except as intended by its design.

3. Advertising

The app may display advertisements provided by Google (AdMob). You understand that ads are third-party content and that Google and the advertisers are responsible for that content. Advertising may be customized only with your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can manage your ad preferences at any time in Settings → Advertising & Privacy.

 4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will run without interruption or errors, nor that any particular behavior of ads, connectivity, or game features will be available at all times.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app (which is zero for the free version).

6. Game rules

The rules of Number Duel (secret numbers of four unique digits that do not begin or end with zero, the guessing of an opponent's number, etc.) are part of the game itself and are not part of this legal agreement. You understand that the game is a tool for entertainment and that results of matches are not binding on any party.

7. Changes to the app or these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app, and may revise these Terms from time to time. When the Terms change materially, the "Last updated" date above will move. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

To the extent not prohibited, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is published, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
