This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected by the Number Duel game ("the app"), how it is used, and your choices regarding it.
Effective date : September 27, 2026
1. Information we collect
Number Duel is a local game that does not require an account and does not collect any personal information from you directly.
- Local device storage. Your game settings (difficulty, sound preferences, theme, language) and match statistics are stored locally on your device using Android's DataStore. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
- Advertising (Google AdMob). The app displays advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google may collect and process data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and usage data to serve and measure ads. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and depends on the consent choices you make, which are presented through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) when required (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Brazil).
- Consent and privacy choices. When required by law, we ask for your consent before personalized advertising can run. You can change your consent choices at any time from the app's Settings → Advertising & Privacy.
2. How information is used
- To operate the app locally (settings and statistics).
- To display advertisements, including personalized ads only when you have given consent, and to measure ad performance.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. No account, no direct collection
The app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other directly identifying information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and because our code runs entirely on your device, we have no access to any analytics data beyond what the advertising SDKs transmit to Google.
4. Children
Number Duel is a number-guessing game suitable for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us using the details below. Through Google's advertising settings, ads served to users declared as children will not be personalized.
5. Third-party links and services
The app may link to external websites or services (for example our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service pages). Those services enforce their own privacy policies. When you allow Google ads, Google's Privacy Policy applies to the advertising data it processes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the GDPR in the EU/EEA/UK and the CCPA-style laws in California and other states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal information. Because we do not store your information ourselves, most of these rights are exercised through the advertising consent and privacy preferences in the app (Settings → Advertising & Privacy) and through your device and Google account settings.
7. Data security
We rely on Android platform security and Google's advertising infrastructure for the limited data involved. All data is handled according to current industry standards and Google's SDK security requirements.
8. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Effective date" at the top of this page will change. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
