This life group will be focused primarily on fellowship and the liturgy of exercise. Before every meeting, either my co-lead Jackson or I will prepare a few verses or a short section of the Bible that comments on the importance of either fellowship or of taking care of one’s physical body. Then, after the short discussion and a prayer, the group will exercise for the rest of the time while engaging in fellowship.
