A rich group built on vulnerability and authenticity in the light of Scripture as we grow in our relationships with the Lord. We go through Acts as an example of how we get to live today. We dive into themes in Acts that directly relate to our dynamic college lives and hold open conversation on the hard questions we face regularly. We would love to welcome you for Real Life!
Morning prayer from the Book of Common Prayer. Living out a weekly practice of praying morning prayer together.
This will be Bible Study with an emphasis on Digging Deeper. Still a place for spiritual practice, freedom and holiness, and relationship/community.
We will read scripture about prayer, learn about different methods, have conversations around it and put it into practice. The goal is to learn about it in a new lens, get more comfortable with it and watch this practice strengthen our faith.
To show/lead students on the path of righteousness in this world of evil.
These two truths: Life is hard and God is good. In this conversational life group we will discuss the problem of pain in our lives and how the Lord is at work even in our suffering. Finding hope and healing in God’s word to help us navigate and grow through difficult seasons.
We will be going through the Spiritual Practice of silence and solitude. Silence is not a means to empty our minds but for the spirit to fill them.
We will have weekly meeting where we check in and pray for each other and talk about tough topics and grow together.
I want to grow our girls together each week for some food, worship, and discussion going through a chosen book of the Bible.
Reflecting on scripture and connecting it to personal experiences we've had with Jesus and ending with a time of worship
This study takes the life group through Jesus prayer for all believers. The core of his message is the unity of the individual with Christ and the unity of the community of Christ for the ultimate goal of testifying to the world Gods love. This study will introduce elements of enriching and growing in life with God and within a community and will conclude with application of these elements in service and ministry. The purpose of these practices and life lessons is to create unity so that Christ can be testified to the world.
Hello everyone! The focus of this life group is Scripture. My hope is that we will grow in our love of the Bible and yearn for it’s truth every day. During the first semester we will study Romans and 1st Corinthians, and during the second semester we will study Ephesians and Philippians. Hope to see you there! Quack
