Rarity Explained:
Rarity has no meaning other than how often in universe you would run into this type of nukite.
Aerial Nukite (Common, 2020’s)
Aerial Nukites were first made on August 14th 2023 while working on the Converter. Air to air nuclear missiles and ICBM’s are typically converted into this type of nukite. Their tail has a rocket for use during flight. Along with that they have a built in foldable winged jetpack on their back. These nukites are typically rather slender and lighter than the typical type. Their heights usually vary from 6ft-20ft. Their yields are usually between 15kt-500kt.
Antimatter Nukite (Rare, 2170’s)
These nukites were made out of antimatter bombs starting on May 26th 2171. They are very similar to Gravity Nukites but are more techy in nature and have a blast yield from 100mt-180mt most of the time. Their heights tend to be about 6ft-15ft. They tend to be average-rotund in build.
Aquatic Nukite (Common, 2020’s)
Aquatic Nukites were first made on August 14th 2023 while working on the Converter. They are a nuclear torpedo and can swim unlike most nukites. They are faster in the water than on land and can dive to depths up to 2.5 miles below sea level. Their height can vary from 5ft-70ft and their blast yield is usually between 10kt-15mt. They are typically rotund in build.
Astral Nukite (Common, 2080’s)
With the creation of the Warp Engine in 2077 soon to follow were nuclear space torpedos with said tech. The Converter was adapted to convert these nuclear devices into nukites on August 6th 2085. These nukites are capable of going up to 3 times the speed of light while in a vacuum and can fly with slight difficulty when in an atmosphere. Most of these nukites end up doing system mapping and general space related sciences. These nukites are typically average-rotund in build and range from 6ft-30ft tall. Their yield is typically between 15mt-50mt.
Chemical Nukite (Extremely Rare, 2220’s)
This type of nukite was built in violation of the Geneva Convention (which timeline wise wasn't created) shortly after its ratification in 2220. No one quite knows when they first appeared following that other than it was in the 2220’s. These nukites produce toxic chemicals for use to kill any life they come across and possess various nozzles around their body. They can also detonate with a yield of 500kt-50mt. Their heights vary from 10-30ft. They tend to be average-very rotund in build.
(Standard Model) Gravity Nukite (Common - 1990’s)
The first model of nukites that were based off of the old nuclear gravity bombs of yesteryear. The very first of these was constructed on October 5th 1991 in Los Alomos under Project Caramel, that nukite was named Gadget after the first ever nuclear bomb to be detonated. These are the most common nukites to find and are the most versatile in skills. While the others are more flashy these fellows are true and reliable! They have a large variation in body type and a height range of usually 6ft-25ft. Their yields greatly differ from 1kt-999mt but most are 5kt-40mt.
High Speed Nukite (Uncommon - 2020’s)
First constructed on September 18th 2028 under a new experimental conversion design developed by Ion, these nukites can sprint at upwards of 80mph. Other than that they are mostly similar to Gravity Nukites outside of having retrograde legs with more complex internals and other things. This design never really hit the ground running and just wasn't chosen often for nuke to nukite conversion due to the higher price of conversion for them up until the 2100’s. Their build is slender with an average height of 5ft-18ft. They typically have a yield of 10kt-2mt.
Industrial Nukite (Uncommon - 2010’s)
Industrial Nukites are one of the more unique nukites given how they double and primarily serve as a furnace for melting metals via nuclear fission. They were designed first in December of 2010, the precise date is unknown due to the destruction of the original Los Alomos in 2011. Their first successful construction was on November 29th 2019 at the Love Letter facility in Alaska. In the centuries following these nukites were ever only made on an “as needed” basis and diversified. They tend to be rotund in body type and have a height of typically 6ft-16ft. They have a low blast yield of 4-7kt most of the time.
Nova Nukite (Rare - 2140’s)
First made on March 1st 2145 the Nova Nukites contain a small star inside of them. They are capable of flight in low atmosphere conditions through slight gravity manipulation capabilities. Their body types are usually heftier and they can detonate in a nova which can take out a star system. Due to this power they are rather rare! They also open up their center for a very devastating laser attack. That on far lower power is often used as a flashlight.
Singularity Nukite (Extremely Rare - 2220’s)
By far the rarest and most deadly nukites out there, the first Singularity Nukite, Horizon, was made on July 17th 2226.These nukites have two detonation types, one that just opens up their belly to suck things in and one where the black hole itself is used as the catalyst for the explosion (see this). The latter of which is capable of destroying multiple star systems as it creates a supernova. They also possess the ability to fly by bending gravity. Their body type greatly varies and is typically determined by the black hole's mass. They can be anywhere from 13ft-150ft in height. Due to their absurdity and lethality there are very few of these nukites out there.
Tactical Nukite (Uncommon - 2010’s)
The first nukites to be developed in the New Los Alomos Lab. These nukites were first built on January 13th 2018 in the Love Letter facility. They were intended for use as a more combat usable nukite. These nukites are a lot like how kobolds are to dragons and obsess over other nukites. Their heights are usually 2ft-4ft with a yield of 500t-8kt. Their body type greatly varies.
World Breaker Nukite (Rare - 2220’s)
These are a variant of the Gravity Nukite with a yield greater than 1 Gigaton. They were first made on December 22nd 2222. The first nukite of this class is named “Gigaton” with a 100gt yield (big enough to level north and south america). Their heights range from 20ft-100ft. Their body type greatly varies.
