How to Order an Official Hawley High School Transcript
Hawley High School uses Parchment, a secure, electronic document transfer service to handle all current and former students' transcript requests. Current students may order transcripts at no charge. Former students will be charged a small fee for each official transcript. An unofficial transcript can be requested either in person from the HHS office or via Parchment as part of the account creation/registration process. Click the "Order my Transcript" button below to proceed.
Setting up your account:
Current HHS students should see Mrs. Boeshans for their unique registration code and web address so their account is automatically linked to Hawley High School. (Students receive their account access in the spring of their junior year and again in the fall of their senior year.)
Former Hawley students who didn't make an account while in high school (beginning with the class of 2017) will need to create an account by clicking on "New Learner Account".

Tips for successful ordering:
Once you've created your account, you are able to order your transcript - it's a separate process from the account set-up. On the main page once you're logged in, scroll down a bit to the box that says "Order".
You'll know your order is complete when you get the screen telling you your request was successful.
Once you've completed the steps to order a transcript, you can check its status by clicking on "Orders" on the top of your main Parchment screen.
How to Order an Official College Transcript
Over the years, Hawley High School students have had the opportunity to take dual-enrollment courses through a number of colleges in the area both in-house and online - Minnesota State Community and Technical College (MState), Alexandria Technical and Community College, Northland Community and Technical College, Northwest Technical College, Rasmussen College, and Globe University/Minnesota School of Business.
Official college transcripts must be ordered directly from the college that granted you the college credit according to their procedures. Ordering procedures for current colleges can be found here - How to Order Official College Transcripts.
Using Parchment with Multiple Schools
** If you already have a Parchment account and need to use the service to order a college transcript or records from a previously attended high school, here's how to add another school to your current Parchment account:
To add a school to your Parchment account (if adding an additional school):
Once you log in, you'll land on your dashboard. Scroll down a little, just below the last sending school listed, and click + Add Another School or Organization You Attended.
Enter the institution's information and click Search.
When you see your school listed, select it and then click Add.
If your school does not appear, or it appears but when you select it, it says it’s not available for transcript requests, you will need to contact your school directly to request your transcript.
Enter your enrollment information. Click the Consent and Request button.
