Welcome to the Most August, Pious, Apostolic and Supreme Astral Empire of Nueva Saragossa, an exclave micronation based in the Republic of the Philippines with sovereignty over the Marian Area (except any part Earth as to not invalidate the sacrosanct sovereignty of other micronations nor macronations) and countries where members of the Imperial House reside. We were founded by our Supreme August Emperor-emeritus, Leopold Victor I, on 15 April 2022.

We are an absolute imperial monarchy and a representative democracy practicing a federalized system of administration mixed with feudal elements, a bicameral parliamentary system and a constitutional system whereas the foremost mandate of the Supreme August Emperor defines the functions of the Imperial State, the federal states and all corresponding subjects. You could liken our governance to that of the United States, Great Britain, Holy Rome, and the Philippines.

Saragossa is the God-ordained protector of the Christian faith as a successor to St. Joseph, the Viceroyalty to Christ, and the equal to the Papacy, which is the successor to St. Peter and the Vicarate of Christ.
