Please remember what PBE is about:
1.Putting GOD's word to your heart.
2.PBE teams should show: responsibility, diligence, initiative, excitement, cooperation, commitment,(JOY) Jesus first, Others second, Yourself last, ability and desire to memorize God's word.
3.Pray, Pray, Pray Pathfinders and Pathfinder Leaders for God's guidance to this event. It is by the power of the Holy Spirit that ALL knowledge and wisdom come.

Area Level – Last Sabbath in January most years - Check the calendar for the latest dates.
Confirm this date and the location with your Area Coordinators. They are responsible for planning your area level and facilitating the event. All teams achieving a 1st place award are eligible to participate in the Conference level.
NOTE: A Pathfinder club may have multiple teams participate at the Area Level
Organizing Teams:
Organize teams by chapter grouping, temperament, and chapter difficulty.
Develop cooperation and positive team work within the team!

Temperaments: Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholic, Phlegmatic
When forming your teams keep in mind each Pathfinders temperament.
Team planning sheet:
Plan meeting dates, time, and how often.
Suggestion: meet at least 2-3 times a month from September-December.
Use in person meeting and meetings by conference methods such as ZION freescreensharing meetings
January meet 3-4 times a week
( 1.Practice mock Bible Experience with teams
2. Begin practice answering questions as a team)!
Organize meeting for at least 3 hours including the following:
1.group activities which would be craft or game oriented
2.group focused chapter/event study and SDA Commentary***use pbequizengine for copies (Break up SDA Commentary just as you do the chapter material with Overlapping partners.)
3. overlapping chapter buddies testing each other
4. Coach one on one with each Pathfinder team member question testing
5.#1 Rule for test questions: Always repeat all questions missed and NEVER go past 5 questions when a question has been missed! REPEAT, REPEAT
6. OVERLAP ANY MATERIAL that is challenging to your team or a particular team member
7. Create positive team practices, there is NO I in TEAM!
Methods of Learning:
Use multiple methods to get the Exodus material in the mind!
Music, study questions, lapbooking,notebooking, games, audio word of promise bible (A MUST HAVE for each team member)

Remember Learning styles: We do not all learn the same!
