About NU Curling

Club Overview

Founded in 2005, the Northwestern University Curling Club is a graduate student organization dedicated to teaching and playing the winter sport of curling. Our club builds community, encourages friendly competition, and promotes the sport throughout the Northwestern community. All skill levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced curlers. 

Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote the sport of curling within the Northwestern graduate community, build awareness of college curling, and foster camaraderie among our members. We achieve this by: 

• Publicizing curling throughout Northwestern University

• Providing instruction for newcomers

• Hosting scheduled curling sessions for skill development

• Participating in and assisting with regional and national collegiate competitions

• Supporting social and networking opportunities for our members
