I am Utkarsh Kathuria, a PhD candidate in Electronics at National Taiwan University, specializing in AI chip design and hardware accelerators. Alongside my research, I have extensive teaching experience, from tutoring high school students in mathematics, science, and English to assisting university courses in programming and digital electronics. My PhD work has trained me in presenting complex ideas clearly, preparing academic reports, making and delivering presentations, and guiding others in CV writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette — all of which shape my interactive, student-centered teaching style.
A fun fact is that, despite my technical research, I love cooking and have hosted a booth at NTU’s International Festival for the past three years. Personally, I am curious, approachable, and enjoy conversations about all kinds of topics. Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, drawing, table tennis, basketball, football, movies, and simply chatting with people about life.
